This is nearly exactly what you would think it is except a much nicer lounge setting. Here you can find nearly everything one might ever need and look for right here, just inside these doors. Drugs? Got em. Alcohol? Absolutely. A place to hide or hang out? By all means, welcome. Whether you're a well-seasoned crime lord or a small-town dealer, no problem. We simply ask that you keep your weapons to yourself (unless selling and buying) and have a mutual respect of the owners and the building. A fence is available for your buying and selling needs, a bar to help quench your thirst, sofas, loveseats... tables..chairs.. a call girl (or guy).. There are even rooms to rent nightly. You get the point. Basic demands: No cops. No blood on our furniture, a lot of money was invested in this so do not try it. Neutral territory, what you did or have done is no business of ours or others so conflict should be taken outside.
