Our Room

Welcome to a world where Everything is Real. This is a sleepy little community that seems as if it's not exactly placed in the right time, except every time is the right time. The main location that people spend time in, is that little tavern you see up there, Sanctuary. It's where ships can land and pilots can come in and have a drink. Travelers and knights can come and rest their hats, gamers can come and plug in their electronic devices, and all the worlds meet as one. This is a place for all to just come in, hang out, and most of all, meet new people to play with.

This is also a hub between the worlds. That is, we have several worlds in which most of us have characters for, each room with it's own style and description. Large group events will likely be taken off into subrooms, with the understanding that characters that are meant specifically for that universe are going to play there. If you want to play with everybody, just stay here in Sanctuary, sit a while, and take a load off. We're not going anywhere.

All is welcome. We just want to RP, and have some fun. So please, come take a seat, because here ... everything is real.

Our Rules

1. We reserve the right to remove anybody from this room for any reason, unspecified or not. This does not mean we are going to go around kicking you guys willie nillie. It just means that if we kick you, and at the time of kicking that we did not state a reason, there is a reason, and it doesn't necessarily need to be public, or known to all.

2. No underage players or characters. This is where things get confusing. If you are a vampire, and have ??? in your age, that's acceptable. We will even take ages that go 16-22. Just understand, that when you are playing this character two things need to be made clear: you are at least the 18 year old version of yourself in this room. Second, that your model may not look like a child, and/or have child pornographic pictures. That being said, we want you to be an adult.

3. No drama. What this means is that we will not, for any reason accept drama in the room. If you do not like something, if you are frustrated, bored, whatever, you take it to PM with that person or bring it to a staff member. If you are causing drama, you will be kicked. Nobody is safe from this rule, no matter the friendship status with the staff member. If you do not like it, do not play here. We are not playing favorites to anyone, period. So, respect your fellow players and the time that they are putting in to RPing with you, and those in the room, and do not behave poorly.

3a. All drama and issues with characters will be taken care of in PM. We are not here to police you. If you do not like something a character is doing, do not agree, please PM them. You are all supposed to be adults. That being said, we as a moderating staff are not responsible for what is said in PMs. Unless you have a screen shot (which must be a full screen to avoid alterations (yes, people are that insane)), and it must be outright harassment, we will not get involved with scabbles taken out in PM. This does not mean bring it into the room. It just means we are not responsible for things that are not in the room.

4. OOC is not IC. This means, and I am going to be very clear about this rule, most rooms on here merge the two a great portion of the time. This does not mean it's a bad thing, but most people are confused. So, please, if you are going to be speaking out of character, use brackets. We cannot stress this enough. Accidents happen, and we might sit for hours in OOC. You are still going to use brackets while here to keep it from confusing members.

Clauses

1. Three kicks means you will be banned. If you do not agree with the reasons that you are being kicked, please speak to one of the moderators, and it can be further discussed. Do not be silly and come back into the room and raise a stink, that will get you another kick. This also means for moderators.

2. Not all universes that are attached to the hub room accept canon characters. Please make sure you check over which universes permit such a thing.

3. If you want to join a group for the sub rooms that occasionally go up, please speak to the moderator of that group. Their names will be on their group page.
