Hello and welcome to X-Men E², I am your host, Nightcrawler. My lovely assistant, and designer of all things background, is the beautiful R o g u e. Most of the characters in this group are from the Evolution or Exile series.

If you do not know about, or have not seen, X-Men Evolution, the full series is available on Youtube shows, as well as Hulu. It might be a good idea to watch it. If you're more interested in the Exiles side of things, you can torrent it at this link or get individual comics here. The second link is also ideal for times when the torrent isn't seeding.

While it's no longer completely necessary to be from either of those universes, it still might be a good idea to check up on either or both. It will make room RP less confusing as Xavier's Mansion, the main setting in room, will be situated in Evolution background with universe hopping guests from Exiles.

Current Events

This group no longer has a set series. All X-Men characters are welcome. Evolution and X-Men Exiles are still dominant though. The information, as well as the name, of this group has been updated to reflect as such.

Character Status

This area will house information on character development through RP, non-canon information and similar information. If you plan to RP with someone, you might want to check here first. If something non-canon or significant happens with your character, or you need to place an OOC note, this is where it will go. Just ask for it to be added.

Rules

Regarding OCs: If you want to make an OC you may. This character must follow the timeline and information put forth by Evolution or Exiles. The profile must be specifically designed for the character in the selected setting as well. You may not be related to any canon character. You may not create a romantic storyline/interest for a canon character without that person's consent. Your ability may not be overpowered. If you are not sure if an idea you have would be something suitable, feel free to ask myself, Nightcrawler, Talia or R o g u e.

Regarding Doubles: Are you interested in joining but you see there is already a character made for the person you would like to play? I have decided to deal with this by allowing the senior character to have the final say. So, for example, if you want to be Nightcrawler, but we obviously have one already, you would ask the owner of the character already in group, or ask a mod/owner to relay the message, if you could join as well. If they say yes, I will accept your join. If they say no, please do not hound them about it, take it as is, and pick someone else, or move on. EXCEPTION: If the original character only RPs one series, then you may make one for the other series. Example being Nightcrawler is Evolution only. An Exiles Nightcrawler may be created.

Profiles: Fill it out! At least a picture or something that shows you made an attempt. No multi-character profiles! It shows your dedication if you create one specifically for the group. No sexual profiles! This includes having distastfully nude pictures. As in, no nipples for girls, no cock, balls, or vaginas, and no close up on any holes.

Drama: Don't want it. If I know you're the one that started it, you will be the one in trouble for it. If I have no clue who started it, and it comes down to heresay, there will be many deciding factors in who gets in trouble for it. If the topic itself is dumb and had no reason to be argued over, both of you will be punished. If it comes down to someone I know well, and someone I don't know very well, unfortunately, the person I don't know well is more likely to be punished. Remember, this is a despotism, not every ruling will be fair, so just don't start shit.

RPing: As this is group RP, please stick to using third person. Otherwise, it will be confusing. The basics apply, proper spelling, basic punctuation and the like. This isn't to say you Have to spell everything right, or have a comma in every spot it needs one. This just means make a really good effort in making your posts understandable.
As for post size, that can be worked out on an RP to RP basis. I would say that it is not too much to ask of you to be able to type a semi-paragraph, which for this we will call 5 sentences. If you feel that would be too difficult to do constantly, perhaps this is not the group for you. If you feel you can't READ multi-para posts, this probably isn't the right group for you either.

Your Spot in This Group: If you are not active, don't come to RP with us, or don't even put in an appearance, we will remove you from the group so that someone else can fill your character spot. This doesn't apply if the group itself is inactive as a whole. However, be aware, you can open the room as well, no mod needed. If you plan to be gone for a while, please notify someone, so we don't remove you over a vacation or the like.

Multiple Characters, One Typist: Please don't make multiple canon characters if you have one already in the group. Stick to one canon character, then if you feel like you'd still want to make another character, create an OC with the above guidelines. If you no longer wish to play the character you have registered for the group, you may remove it and take a different canon character that is free. EXCEPTION: You may have ONE canon character from each series. This however, does not mean you can make your main character RP in both series, and then make a secondary character for either series. Example, if Nightcrawler was made for both Evolution and Exiles, I would not be allowed to make another canon character.
