I.  We expect all members who join to leave all animosity at the door. We do not tolerate drama of any sort unless it is directly in the Role Play. You will adhere to the Mods and act like civilized adults or you will be asked to leave.

 

Don't be afraid to approach a mod if you have a problem, provided it relates to the group. Any concerns or issues should be taken up with them at any time. We're not your babysitters, however, so take that into consideration as we won't hold your hand over stupid e-drama-llama-he-said-she-said-bullshit.

 

II. Canon and OCs are allowed. [COG, Stranded, Locust, whatever have you.] Doubles will be allowed but there will be no drama over who is better or who should stay and go. If you don't like doubles, I'm sure you can find something to suit your interest. Gears of War has a lot of diverse characters to choose from. If you can't find something the owners and mods will be glad to assist you.

Anyone can join the room too, provided you follow the rules. If you can fit into the storyline, feel free to stick around.

 

III.  Respect everyone who comes into the room. You have beliefs, they may have different views than you. Keep your smart ass comments to yourself if you are OOC, There will be no harassment, shit talking, or putting down anybody in this room, whether they are present or not or about any other group on RPH.

 

There is a fine line between joking and deliberately trying to hurt someone and I'm sure we're all mature enough to know when to stop when things get out of hand.

 

IV.  Sexually explict profiles are not allowed to enter the room. F-List and minor mentions of sexual content is completely fine but nobody wants to look at a profile full of herm porn. I'm sorry, but this is a gore fest, not a smut house. Nobody wants to see a Locust profile with his man parts hangin' all over the place. 

 

V. With that said, Sexual Role Play will happen in PM. Don't like it? Don't care.

 

VI.  When a Role Play is in session, you will keep the OOC chat down or take your conversations to PM or another form of messenger. If you fail to listen you will be kicked.

 

VII. Trolls will be banned on sight.

 

VIII. This room contains scenes of explict violence and gore, there is foul language and other things that may turn people off. If you are offended by it, simple answer: Stay the fuck out. I don't want to hear shit about the series, we like it. You don't have to. And if you don't, as Dizzy would say: Tough Titties.

 

Note: If your character likes to offend and curse on people, or crack jokes at peoples expense (ie: Baird) Do NOT take it seriously and do NOT use it as an excuse to insult others out of character.

 

IX.  If you don't follow the rules, you will be kicked and then banned for however long depending on the offense. Don't harass other members or mods about why you were banned, it'll lift eventually when you're done being stupid.

 

X. One last rule: Relax, and have fun. Gears of War is an amazing series and deserves our love and respect. Hopefully this group can attract other members who share the same interest as the rest of us.
